About
Alissa Hevesh is the UF/IFAS Extension Highlands County Agriculture/Citrus and Natural Resources Agent. Prior to this, she spent a few years farming in Manatee County and urban planning in Pinellas County. She works with citrus producers and other farmers on agricultural matters and Highlands County residents on natural resource education and conservation. Alissa earned her Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies from Eckerd College and her Master's degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida.
